Never again.

The proposed Wyoming Firearms Freedom Act. Read it.

HB95 includes this principle, and if passed, would impose penalties for violations of the law:

Any official, agent or employee of the United States government who enforces or attempts to enforce any act, order, law, statute, rule or regulation of the United States government upon a personal firearm, a firearm accessory or ammunition that is manufactured commercially or privately in Wyoming and that remains exclusively within the borders of Wyoming shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction, shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than two (2) years, a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), or both.

Get in touch with your federal reps, but don’t count on much from them. They are corrupt and are addicted to K-street money from their cronies, who are rent-seekers of federal largesse that will fall in line with executive branch diktats to keep the largesse flowing (BofA vs American Spirit Arms). Regardless, push them to stop playing defense on gun rights and to go on the offensive.

Tell them to support HR133 (repeal gun free schools act) and the Firearms Owners Rights Extension Act of 2013. Look over these bills and weigh in. Be vocal and stay vocal. Even if it’s pointless in the end, make sure they hear you.

If you don’t know who your state reps are, then today is the day you need to introduce yourself. Find out if your state has proposed a Firearms Freedom Act. If not, get in touch with your state people to get one rolling. If yes, then get in touch with your state reps to keep it moving.

If states can nullify federal overreach on weed, they can sure as hell nullify federal overreach on a Constitutionally-protected, preexisting right to self-defense.

Keep your heads. Stay focused. Use every tool we have to bring federalism back to the United States. The usurpations of 1934, 1968, 1986 and 1994 must be pushed back.

The baddies are playing for keeps. Draw your line.
